The Sheryle Schinke Memorial Fund was created to ensure that Sheryle's kindness, generosity, and joyful spirit continue to make a difference for generations to come.

Established through the Edmonton Community Foundation, the fund is a permanent endowment. Donations are professionally invested, allowing the fund to grow over time. Each year, a portion of the investment earnings will be granted to registered Canadian charities and initiatives that reflect the values Sheryle lived every day.

The Schinke family will work with the Edmonton Community Foundation to recommend grants that honour Sheryle's legacy by supporting causes such as:

• Education and scholarships

• Cancer support and patient care

• Community organizations

• Programs that promote kindness, compassion, and helping others

• Other charitable initiatives that would have been meaningful to Sheryle

Because the fund is an endowment, every donation becomes part of a lasting legacy. Rather than helping only once, it will continue to support worthwhile causes year after year, ensuring that Sheryle's compassion and generosity live on far into the future.
